Joseph McInroy currently serves as the Executive Director at DarkWeb IQ since April 2023, following a tenure at Recorded Future as Sr. Manager of Intelligence Services from April 2018 to April 2023. McInroy has extensive experience in intelligence operations, having held various roles at Palantir Technologies, including Field Service Engineer, Technical Lead, and Manager of Intelligence Services for North America West. Previous positions include serving as an All-Source Analyst at BAE Systems, where insights were provided for military operations in Afghanistan, and as a Field Service Representative at SHINE Systems & Technologies, focusing on NATO and SOCOM data integration. McInroy's military background includes HUMINT roles with the Hawaii Army National Guard and a deployment to Iraq, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Mandarin Chinese from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
