Raef Sawford is an accomplished professional in the fields of design and content creation, currently serving as Design + Content Director at DarkLab since October 2021. Previously, Raef held the position of Creative Director at Dcnstrct Pty Ltd from January 2016 to September 2021, and held various roles at Roar Film Pty Ltd, including Creative Director, Film Editor, and Graphic Designer from November 1999 to December 2006. Raef also contributed to academia as an Academic Tutor in Electronic Media Studio and Visual Communications Studio at the University of Tasmania from January 2007 to October 2012. Raef earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Media Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) in Visual Communication and Media Studies, both from the University of Tasmania.
