Neo Mabitsela has extensive experience in learning and development, currently holding the position of Learning and Development Manager at Dark Fibre Africa. Previously, Neo served as a Learning and Development Practitioner at ENSafrica and held roles as an HR Coordinator and Learning and Development Project Coordinator at Eaton. Neo's educational background includes studies at Wits Business School in 2019 and further training at the University of Cape Town from August to September 2022.
