Kirk Matthew Daffon has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. From December 2016 to October 2018, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Cash Applications at Darigold. Then, from October 2018 to September 2019, they worked as a Project Engineer at Skanska, where they were responsible for submittals, construction schedule management, and subcontractor selection. Starting from November 2019, Kirk worked at Darigold again, first as a Cost Accountant until June 2022, where they prepared and analyzed financial statements, identified and resolved duplicate costs, and automated account mapping updates. Since June 2015, they have also served as an Army Officer in the United States Army Reserve, holding the position of Company Commander and managing supply chain operations. In addition, they worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Falck Northwest from September 2015 to December 2016.

Kirk Matthew Daffon began their education journey in 2010 at Seattle University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biology. Kirk Matthew successfully completed their studies in 2015, earning a BA in Biology. In the same year, they also obtained an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification from North Seattle College.

In 2016, Kirk attended the Army Logistics University - College of Professional and Continuing Education to undertake the Basic Officers Leadership Course. This course provided him with specialized knowledge in logistics.
