Dr. Hanin Alsubaie has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2015, they began their career as a Sales Specialist at Alshaya Group, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in sales and customer service. In 2018, they joined Nestlé as a Medical Delegate, focusing on healthcare and promoting the company's products. After two years at Nestlé, they took on a new role as an Airbnb Host SA, managing accommodations for guests from 2018 until 2022. In 2021, Dr. Alsubaie became the Founder and CEO of Darent, a company that provides undisclosed services. Additionally, starting in 2022, they took on a position as a Consultant at MonshaatSA. This diverse background showcases Dr. Alsubaie's versatility and ability to work across industries.

Dr. Hanin Alsubaie completed their education history in a chronological order. Dr.Hanin obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biology from Umm Al-Qura University from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Botany at King AbdulAziz University, attending from 2015 to 2018. Dr.Hanin later obtained their Ph.D. in Botany from King Saud University, concluding their studies from 2019 to 2021.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Alsubaie has acquired several certifications and participated in various training programs. Notably, they completed the "Digitize the customer experience" certification from MonshaatSA in March 2023. In September 2022, they obtained the "Governance for small & medium facilities" certification, "Mintor & Jury member" certification from the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia, and the "Talents in workplace" certification from MonshaatSA. Moreover, in March 2022, they completed the "Management Essentials" course from Harvard Business School Online. Dr. Alsubaie also completed the "Nutrition Development Program (NDP)" certification offered by Nestlé in March 2018.
