Kate Chandler is an experienced nonprofit professional with a strong background in philanthropy and development. Currently serving as the Director of Individual Philanthropy at Dare to Care Food Bank since July 2015, Kate has also held several significant positions including Associate Director of Development for Individual Giving and Development for Special Projects at Actors Theatre of Louisville from 2011 to 2015. In earlier roles, Kate served as Director of the Office of the CEO at VibrantNation.com, Executive Vice President and Director of Development and Marketing at Louisville Olmsted Parks Conservancy, and Director of Corporate and Foundation Giving at Actors Theatre of Louisville, where corporate giving increased by 108% over three years. Kate began a career in finance as a Trust Administrator at Hilliard Lyons and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky.
