Mark Steer currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Darchem Engineering Ltd. since September 2023. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President of Operations at IrvinGQ from April 2020 to October 2023. Mark's extensive experience in operational management includes roles as General Manager at AmSafe Bridport and Supply Chain Manager at Airborne Systems, where Mark worked in various capacities from 2008 to 2018. Prior positions include Senior Production Manager and Manufacturing System Engineer at Linde Material Handling (UK) Ltd. from 2001 to 2008, as well as Industrial/Process Engineer at Linde Heavy Truck Division. Mark's early career features roles at Hawker Siddeley Switchgear Ltd., ranging from Production Supervisor to skilled manufacturer, where Mark began as a Technical Apprentice. Mark earned an MSc in Business Management from the University of South Wales between 2007 and 2010.
