Rajdeep Das has a diverse work experience in the e-commerce industry. Rajdeep began their career as a Fashion Consultant at Shahnaz Hussain International Beauty Academy in 2006. Rajdeep then worked as a Summer Intern at S.Kumars Nationwide Limited, where they worked on projects for Belmonte and Ried & Taylor. In 2009, they interned at Reliance Brands Ltd., focusing on Timberland, Diesel, and Paul & Shark. From 2010 to 2012, Rajdeep worked at Landmark Group as a Senior Buyer, specializing in Kids Apparel and participating in the implementation of Oracle Retail systems. Rajdeep then joined HomeShop18.com as an Assistant Category Manager for Fashion Apparel & Accessories. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Myntra.com as a Category Manager for Men's Casual & Innerwear, overseeing brand relationships, sales performance, and merchandise planning. Rajdeep then moved to AJIO.com, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Business Manager and Cluster Head, responsible for managing the buying strategies, vendor relationships, and financial analysis for apparel, footwear, and accessories. In 2022, they joined Bewakoof.com as the Lead Retail Buying & Planning D2C, focusing on product assortment and profit management across D2C and external marketplace channels. Currently, they are working at Daraz as the Cross Border Head for India, responsible for the overall performance and strategy of Daraz's Cross Border business in Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.

Rajdeep Das has a diverse educational background. Rajdeep began their higher education journey in 2002 at Gauhati University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on subjects such as Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. After completing their bachelor's degree in 2006, they furthered their education in the field of fashion by enrolling at the National Institute of Fashion Technology India. From 2005 to 2006, they successfully completed a Certificate Programme in Fashion & Clothing, with a curriculum that covered areas such as garment manufacturing, designing, and styling.

In 2008, Rajdeep Das continued their education at the National Institute of Fashion Technology India, this time undertaking a Master In Fashion Management (MFM) program. This program exposed him to a wide range of subjects including branding, retail, merchandising, export, marketing research, intellectual property rights (IPR), consumer behavior, and textile and fabric.

To further enhance their knowledge in the field of intellectual property rights, Rajdeep Das pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR) from the prestigious National Law School of India University (NLSIU) between 2014 and 2017.
