Wissam Abou Shakra has over two decades of experience in the information and communication technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of ICT Service Management at Dar since February 2007, Wissam Abou Shakra also held the position of Associate/Infrastructure Development Manager at the same company. Prior to this role, Wissam Abou Shakra was a Senior Systems Engineer at C-MOBILE SERVICES S.A.R.L. from 2004 to 2007, and a Systems Engineer at LibanCell S.A.L. from December 2000 to March 2004.
