Samuel Shawool has extensive experience in the field of purchasing, currently serving as the Head of the Purchasing Section at Dar Al-Handasah (Shair and Partners) since August 1997, alongside roles as a Purchasing Administrator and Purchasing Officer. In these positions, Samuel Shawool has been responsible for managing purchasing activities, analyzing suppliers to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery for the organization, while also maintaining comprehensive purchasing records. Additionally, Samuel Shawool holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Cairo University, earned between 1996 and 2000, and has furthered education through the British Council from 2000 to 2004.
