Matt Barley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various industries. Currently serving as President of dAPP Controls since May 2024, Matt leads all aspects of operations, product development, sales, and finance. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Product Development Manager for Industrial Refrigeration at VaCom Technologies and served on the Engineering Advisory Council at Elizabethtown College. Additional experience includes managing programs at Red Lion Controls, co-owning Barley & Co., and directing global engineering operations at GEA Group. Matt also founded Modlinq, LLC, providing custom software and media services. Matt Barley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Elizabethtown College.
