Kathryn Thornton serves as the Elementary Principal and Primary Years Program Coordinator at Danube International School since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn was the Early Years School Director at The International School Nido de Aguilas from August 2020 to August 2023 and held the position of PYP Teacher at Tokyo International School from August 2016 to August 2020. Kathryn began their career as an Elementary Teacher with the Queensland Department of Education from 2007 to 2016. Kathryn holds a degree from Griffith University, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
