Melissa Cordero is a highly experienced footwear designer with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Senior Footwear Designer at Dansko since August 2017, Melissa has previously held significant roles at E.S. Originals, The Jones Group Inc., and other notable companies, contributing to footwear design development and trend research. Notable achievements include participation in Footwear News' Shoe Star Competition and internships at Stride Rite and Daniel M. Friedman & Associates. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Accessories and Footwear Design and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Fine Arts from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
