Rikke Margrethe Friis serves as Viceadministrerende direktør at Danske Regioner since June 2019, in addition to roles as Forhandlingsdirektør and Direktør. Rikke holds a position on the Advisory Board of Den Social Investeringsfond and is a Board Member at Væksthus for Ledelse. Previously, Rikke was a Board Member at VIVE and held multiple roles including Kontorchef and Souschef at Danske Regioner from 2007 to 2016, focusing on health economics, public expenditure policy, and health policy. Additional experience includes work as an Økonomikonsulent at Danmarks Radio and various positions at Amtsrådsforeningen and Fyns Amt. Rikke completed the Executive Management Programme at INSEAD in 2017 and earned a Cand Oecon degree in Public and Health Economics from the University of Southern Denmark in 2001.
