Anders Gaba has a diverse and extensive work experience. Anders is currently the CFO at Dansk Retursystem A/S, a position they started in November 2021. Before that, they were the CEO of Nokas Danmark from October 2018 to November 2021. Prior to being CEO, they served as the Viceadministrerende Direktør at Nokas Danmark from June 2018 to October 2020. From November 2015 to June 2018, they held the position of CFO & CRO at Fynske Bank. Anders has also worked as the Director of Finance, IT, HR & Logistic - USA at Trollbeads Americas from June 2013 to October 2014. Anderson Gaba was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Alpha Insurance A/S from May 2012 to June 2013 and the Group Chief Financial Officer at Maersk Broker from January 2012 to May 2012. Anders served as the Deputy chairman of the Board Of Directors at Sahva A/S from December 2008 to December 2011 and was the Head of Group Finance at TryghedsGruppen (Tryg forsikring koncernen) from January 2007 to December 2011. Their career started at Deloitte, where they worked as a Senior Manager from August 1996 to December 2006.

Anders Gaba pursued their education with a focus on business and economics. Anders attended Copenhagen Business School from 1996 to 2002, obtaining a Bachelor's degree (HD(R)) in Accounting and Economics. Anders further pursued their studies at the same institution from 2002 to 2004, earning a Master of Science (Msc) degree in Economics and Auditing.
