Andreas Aditya Hermawan is a seasoned researcher in environmental engineering with a focus on biofiltration systems and water quality. From August 2018 to August 2022, Andreas served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Monash University Malaysia, following a PhD candidacy at the same institution from March 2014 to June 2018. Andreas holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia. Prior experience includes a process engineer internship at JKS Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed assisting in machine testing, creating manuals, and troubleshooting. Academic work also involved research on stormwater quality management through bioretention basins. Proficient in MS Excel, Andreas combines practical engineering skills with academic expertise in environmental challenges.
