Naina Bhattacharya is the Chief Information Security Officer at Danone, where responsibilities include leading the group cybersecurity strategy and overseeing a multi-year transformation program encompassing governance, advisory, architecture, operations, and response, alongside co-sponsoring diversity and inclusion initiatives for IT & Data teams globally. Naina also serves as a part-time advisory board member for Crossword Cybersecurity Plc, contributing insights on market offerings and M&A activities. Previous roles include Director of Cyber Security and Data Privacy at EY, Associate Director of Cyber Security at Deloitte—with co-leadership of Deloitte's 'Women in Cyber' initiative—and technical positions at Sun Microsystems and Infosys Technologies Limited. Naina holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School, a Post Graduation from the Indian School of Business, and an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
