Ardilah Mohamed currently serves as the SA Head of Legal and Head of Compliance for Sub-Saharan Africa at Danone Southern Africa, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ardilah was the Executive Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Rex Trueform Group Ltd, where responsibilities included corporate law, regulatory compliance, and managing stakeholder relationships. Previous experience includes a role as Commercial Legal Advisor at Petroleum Agency SA, focusing on legal risk and compliance across various divisions, and positions at TFG (The Foschini Group) as Deputy Group Company Secretary, and as a Lawyer at Fasken, specializing in commercial transactional drafting and regulatory compliance. Ardilah holds a Master's degree in Commercial Transactional Law from the University of Cape Town, is pursuing a Master's in Extractive Industry Law at the University of Pretoria, and possesses a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Johannesburg.
