Henriette Damgaard Jepsen is a proficient Product Owner currently working at DR - Danmarks Radio since March 2023, having previously served as Head of Product at Minuba from January 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities included facilitating development meetings, managing product backlogs, and overseeing UX/UI project management. Henriette also held the position of Product & Design Lead and User Experience Designer at Minuba, focusing on implementing design systems and employing Agile and Design Thinking principles. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at INFOBA ApS, developing digital pedagogical solutions, a student assistant role where testing new products was key, and a pedagogical position at Louis Petersens Børnegård, providing childcare and support for child development. Henriette holds a Master of Science in Information Technology specializing in Interaction Design from the University of Southern Denmark, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Social Education and an STX degree in Language.
