Tenna Borup Kaas has extensive experience in project management and development consulting, currently serving as a Project Leader and Development Consultant at the Danish Red Cross since October 2014. Key responsibilities include managing a volunteer mentor initiative and leading efforts to rethink traditional organizational structures to facilitate volunteer leadership. Prior to this role, Tenna worked at the Cultural and Leisure Administration in Copenhagen Municipality, contributing to the implementation of the new school reform and managing inter-departmental collaborations for community development. Tenna's earlier positions included leading projects promoting integration among ethnic minority families and coordinating activities for women and children at the Student Settlement's Sports Club. Tenna holds a Cand.scient degree in Sports from the University of Copenhagen and has further qualifications in project management, including PRINCE2 certification.
