Lina Bruun Ladegaard is an experienced professional in human resources and legal affairs, currently serving as HR Teamleder at Røde Kors since June 2023. Prior to this role, Lina held the position of Chefkonsulent at Vurderingsstyrelsen, where responsibilities included coordinating proposals for the Property Tax Act and overseeing cross-project initiatives. Lina also worked as a Specialkonsulent at Furesø Kommune, focusing on housing needs for seniors and implementing relevant legislation. Additional experience includes roles as Fuldmægtig at NaturErhvervstyrelsen, overseeing EU regulations, as well as previous positions at Statsforvaltningen Hovedstaden and Patientklagenævnet, gaining expertise in family law and patient complaints. Academic qualifications include a Diplomuddannelse in Leadership from DTU and a Cand.jur. degree from the University of Copenhagen.
