Kseniya Elling is a seasoned professional in international development and project management, currently serving as a Grants and Project Portfolio Advisor at the Danish Red Cross since June 2022. Previously, Kseniya held the position of Project Officer at the Danish Refugee Council, focusing on project development and implementation. With substantial experience as a Consultant at ECORYS Polska, Kseniya acquired skills in business acquisition for international projects and external funding applications. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe and International Law and Human Rights from the Riga Graduate School of Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Law from the European Humanities University. Additional experience includes roles at the European Parliament, OSCE, and various NGOs, emphasizing coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
