Liselotte Gjerdrum Carlsen serves as the Director of Sustainability Innovation and Reporting at Danish Crown since December 2021, focusing on sustainability initiatives within a global food company. Concurrently, Liselotte is an External Facilitator at Henley Business School Denmark, sharing insights on academic applications in business topics since January 2020. Previously, Liselotte held the position of Director at the Foundation for Social Investment, fostering welfare solutions for the public sector from February 2020 to December 2021. With extensive experience at TOP-TOY A/S from 2010 to 2018, Liselotte progressed from Manager to Vice President, overseeing sustainability and compliance. Earlier roles include Sustainability & Compliance Advisor at Lundbeck and Project Manager at Danisco, both focusing on sustainability practices. Liselotte's educational background includes an MBA from Henley Business School and various degrees in sustainability and the humanities from prestigious institutions, including the University of Cambridge and the University of Copenhagen.
