Alastair Campbell is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Leadership & Development at Danish Crown since November 2021, Alastair continues responsibilities for the Graduate Programme while focusing on training and leadership initiatives. Previously, Alastair held dual roles at Danish Crown as the HR Manager for the Graduate Programme and Diversity & Inclusion Lead, working on strategies to enhance diversity within the organization. Prior to this, Alastair worked at Arla Foods from July 2014 to October 2021 in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Alastair's career began at Michael Page, where senior consultancy was provided in the FMCG sector, and further experience was gained at Connaught PLC and NECTA Limited. Alastair holds a BA (Hons) in History & Politics from The University of Sheffield.
