Jessica Ferrari is an experienced consultant, mentor, and speaker specializing in leadership and business development. Since January 2022, Jessica has led consulting services, training, and workshops through Jéssica Ferrari.org, focusing on continuous improvement for organizations and individuals. As an Agile Expert at Daniel Law and a member of the Technical Committee for The Developer's Conference, Jessica has been instrumental in various initiatives promoting lean and agile methodologies. In addition to being a podcaster for Brisas e Devaneios, Jessica has facilitated Lean Coffee São Paulo and served as a guest speaker for an MBA program. Jessica's previous roles include organizing the Mulheres Agilistas community and managing lean-agile practices at TOTVS, where strategic maturity and team development were prioritized. Jessica holds multiple postsecondary degrees, including a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior and an MBA in Project Management.
