Rodrigo Link serves as the R&D Vice President at Danfoss since January 2017, leading a global team of over 250 professionals across China, France, and Mexico. With previous roles as Global Product Development Senior Director and Technology Advisor Director, Rodrigo has significant experience in product development and engineering within the refrigeration and air conditioning sectors. Prior to Danfoss, Rodrigo held various leadership positions at Whirlpool S.A Embraco, contributing to the development of innovative products and technology solutions across multiple regions. Rodrigo's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, complemented by executive programs in financial analysis and strategic excellence from INSEAD.
