Daniel M. Plath serves as the Senior Director and Global Head of Factory Performance at Danfoss, where responsibilities include leading the Danfoss Business System to drive continuous improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost across over 100 global factories. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of SVP, Head of Operations at Sydbank, overseeing a team of 70 and focusing on strategic operations transformation. Daniel's previous experience at Nykredit as FVP, Head of Process Development & UX included managing a team specialized in process optimization and digitalization, as well as implementing CRM systems. Additionally, Daniel co-owned Webpilots Aps, managing IT projects for various clients. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Strategy, Organization & Leadership from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Aarhus University. Notably, Daniel was recognized as one of the “Talent 100” by Berlingske Business in 2017.
