Dionysia Pastra has a diverse background in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in food service and culinary roles. Currently serving as a waitress at Danesfield House Hotel and Spa since October 2018, Dionysia has also demonstrated culinary skills at STOA Food.Coffee.Bar since January 2014. Previous positions include working as a cook in various establishments such as carda beach hotel&spa, lesante hotel &spa, and several other hotels and restaurants from 2005 to 2013. Dionysia has a formal education from ΣΧΟΛΗ ΤΟΥΡΙΣΤΙΚΩΝ ΕΠΑΑΓΕΛΜΑΤΩΝ ΚΕΡΚΥΡΑΣ, attended from 2002 to 2003.
