Ben Shanley is a performance operations generalist and talent acquisition specialist at D2L since December 2021, following diverse roles within the University of Waterloo from September 2016 to December 2021. During this time, Ben served as an account coordinator, events facilitator, and interview day services representative. Earlier experiences include positions as a part-time marker, teaching assistant, event facilitator, and residence don across various departments at the University of Waterloo and Renison University College. With initial work as a customer service representative at Allied Coffee Corp. and a technical service representative at PBL Insurance Limited, Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation and Sport Business from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2019.
