Josh Howell-Kneller is an experienced quantity surveyor currently serving as the Head of Commercial for Dandara Scotland since October 2022, where responsibilities also include the role of Interim Commercial Manager for the Isle of Man. Previously, Josh worked as a Commercial Manager at Virtue Property Group from July 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience at Dandara Ltd spanned from August 2014 to July 2021, during which Josh held positions as Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor, including involvement in the Knights Wood Development project in Tunbridge Wells, a 550-unit residential development. Beginning in the industry as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Rydon from January 2008 to December 2013, Josh holds an HNC in Quantity Surveying from West Kent College.
