James Fraser is an experienced Senior Estimator at Dandara, specializing in detailed cost plans for multi-story residential projects ranging from £4m to £146m. James has extensive expertise in technical cost appraisals, elemental estimates, value engineering, and mentoring junior staff. Previously, as Director at EXCEL Modular Construction, James led the start-up of a company focused on innovative construction methods and established effective estimating systems. In the role of Head of Commercial at Ideal Modular Homes, James managed procurement, implemented budgeting controls, and oversaw contract negotiations. James also served as Director/CEO at Bridgeland Group, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, contributing to significant growth and efficiency improvements. James holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the University of Johannesburg.
