Raechel Hofsteadter currently serves as the Director of Advancement at Dance/USA since January 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Director of Development and Senior Manager of Development and Engagement at Harris Theater for Music and Dance until January 2023. Previous positions include Associate Director of Development Operations and Development Associate at Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University, as well as Box Office Assistant at The Dance Center at Columbia College Chicago. Raechel's expertise encompasses donor relations, event management, and operational support, highlighted by successful fundraising initiatives and the execution of high-budget donor events. Raechel holds a Master's degree in Performance Curation from Wesleyan University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Dance and Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa, along with certification as a 200 HR Certified Yoga Teacher from James Miller Yoga.
