Joshua Villavicencio is a Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at DanceOne and Break The Floor Productions since December and October 2023, respectively, Villavicencio's previous experience includes positions as a People Operations and Learning Specialist at Centerfield and Human Resources Coordinator at C3 by sbe, both of which were impacted by reductions in force. Prior to these roles, Villavicencio worked as a Human Resources Admin Assistant at Greenbox Loans, Inc., and gained customer service expertise as a Personal Banker and Bank Teller at Wells Fargo and AT&T. Joshua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Miami Dade College.
