Dylan Carlyle is an experienced corporate development analyst at CopperPoint Insurance Companies since November 2021, following a corporate development internship at Blue Yonder. Prior experience includes internships in human resources and engineering at Advisor Group and Lark RF Technology, respectively, where responsibilities included documentation and compliance for quality audits. Dylan also held a dual role in human resources at Lumileds, managing new hire orientation, payroll support, and the internship program, in addition to gaining recruiting experience during an earlier internship with Lumileds. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Analysis and Strategic Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
