Mr. Timothy R. Kraus serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Dana Incorporated, effective Dec. 1, 2021. In this role, he leads Dana’s financial, information technology, corporate strategy, and business development functions.
Previously, Mr. Kraus served as Dana’s senior vice president and treasurer since 2017. Mr. Kraus is responsible for Dana’s global treasury operations, including corporate liquidity, cash and risk management, and Dana’s banking and ratings agency relationships. In addition, he led Dana’s tax and business development activities. Mr. Kraus joined Dana in 2010 as vice president, Global Tax, where he was responsible for the management of the global tax function. He assumed the additional responsibility of head of business development in 2016, successfully executing Dana’s acquisition strategy since that time.
Prior to joining Dana, Mr. Kraus worked for Intelsat S.A. as its vice president of tax, where he was responsible for tax planning, accounting, compliance, and intercompany accounting. Prior to that Mr. Kraus held several leadership positions in international tax with Lear Corporation. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP.
Mr. Kraus is a certified public accountant who earned a Bachelor of General Studies in accounting and economics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
