Eleonora Brighenti currently serves as the Head of Sustainable Innovation at Dana Incorporated, a role begun in February 2019, focused on driving innovation and sustainability within the Off-Highway community. Key responsibilities include overseeing global ecosystem initiatives, optimizing innovation processes, and managing product sustainability and IP. Additionally, Brighenti is involved with Flanders Make as an Off-Highway Global Innovation leader and serves on the advisory board of EIT Manufacturing, where the title held is Vice Chair of the Advisory Board - CLC South. Previous experience includes leadership positions at LOVOL ARBOS GROUP S.P.A. and CNH Industrial, where Brighenti managed various new product development projects. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance & Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia.
