Eggy Ramadhani Djunaedi has extensive experience in technical support and IT analysis, currently serving as the Technical Support Manager at DANA Indonesia since February 2019. In this role, Eggy manages a team, addresses partner challenges, maintains system integration, and collaborates across departments to drive improvements. Prior to this, Eggy held positions as Technical Support Lead and Technical Support Specialist at DANA Indonesia, focusing on customer case resolution and process enhancement. Previous experience includes working as an IT Business Analyst at PT Saptaindra Sejati, where Eggy translated business needs into technological solutions, and various IT roles at Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Banten, ASPEKINDO, and PT Bank Mega Tbk.
