Sivakrishnarajah Renganathan currently serves as a Non Executive Director at Hatton National Bank PLC and holds the position of Chairman at Marino Leisure Holdings Ltd. Since April 2023, Renganathan has also been a Company Director at DAMRO Group and Durdans Hospital, and has maintained a directorship at Janashakthi Life, Sunshine Holdings PLC, Agility Innovation Ltd, and Sunshine Healthcare Lanka Ltd since 2022. Previously, Renganathan was the Managing Director of Commercial Bank Of Ceylon PLC from July 2018 to August 2022. Renganathan completed education at Wesley College in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 1967 to 1980.
