Shalika Ruwantha Muthukuda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and business analysis. Since July 2016, Shalika has served as an Internal Auditor at DAMRO Group, where responsibilities include reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of internal controls and performing audits across various business processes. Prior to this role, Shalika worked as a Business Analyst at LB Finance PLC, conducting market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings. Shalika's career began as an External Auditor at Jayasinghe & Company, focusing on comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal controls. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Kelaniya, a Google Data Analytics Specialization from Coursera, and part qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
