Tamara Nikolova began their work experience as an intern at the National Examinations Center of Macedonia in 2013. Tamara then worked as a Front End Game Developer at TabTale from February 2014 to July 2017. Following that, they joined Allocate Software as a Quality Assurance Engineer from July 2017 to September 2018. Tamara then worked at itecor as a Test Automation Engineer from September 2018 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior QA Automation Engineer at Damilah, starting in May 2022.

Tamara Nikolova completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering - Skopje from 2009 to 2013.
