Iskra Trajkoska has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Iskra began their career in 2003 as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Directors at Prilepska Pivarnica AD, where they worked until 2006. Iskra then served as an English Language Instructor at European University-Republic of Macedonia from 2007 to 2008.

In 2007, Trajkoska joined Nextsense as an HR professional and remained with the company until 2013. During their tenure, they gained experience in HR operations and management.

From 2013 to 2016, Trajkoska worked as an HR Manager for Macedonia at Lactalis Group. In this role, they established the HR department, implemented HR policies and strategies, handled recruitment and onboarding, developed training plans, and conducted performance management. Iskra also participated in the acquisition and merging process and the implementation of SAP.

Trajkoska joined Prilepska Pivarnica AD again in 2016 as a Human Resources Director and held the position until 2020. Iskra was responsible for strategic HR management, including overseeing staff training, HR budgeting, HR controlling, and reporting.

In 2020, Trajkoska joined Intertec.io as an HR & People Development Manager. Their responsibilities included HR operations, recruitment, engagement, and people development. Iskra later transitioned to the role of HR Manager, focusing on HR operations and recruitment until July 2022.

Since July 2022, Trajkoska has worked as a Training & People Development Manager at Damilah, where they are responsible for training and development initiatives.

Additionally, Trajkoska has worked as a Facilitator for MOOC courses at American Corner Bitola in 2014, and as a Lecturer at HR Academy and HR for IT at Semos Education since 2010.

Overall, Trajkoska has a breadth of experience in HR management, training and development, and facilitating educational programs.

Iskra Trajkoska has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University "Sv. Kiril i Metódi" in Skopje, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. Iskra then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University "Sv. Kliment Ohridski" in Bitola, attending from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they also completed a course in Strategic Human Resources Management at the University of Sheffield/City College/Managers Academy. Additionally, Iskra Trajkoska obtained a certification in Agility in HR from Management 3.0 in December 2020 and another certification in Agility in HR from ICAgile in December 2020. In 2011, they participated in the IVLP Alumni program, focusing on Creating Diversity Workforce, but no degree was specified for this program.
