Ilco Stancevski has over 10 years of work experience in the software testing and quality assurance field. Ilco'smost recent position is as a Principal Test Automation Engineer at Damilah, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior QA Automation Engineer at HTEC Group.

Ilco has a significant history with Allocate Software, where they held various roles including Test Automation Lead, Senior Test Automation Engineer, and Test Automation Engineer. In these positions, their responsibilities included creating and maintaining automated test scripts, setting up testing frameworks, and administering tests in pipelines. Ilco Stancevski obtained their High School Diploma in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Secondary Municipality School Gymnasium "Kiril Pejcinovikj" in Tetovo, from 2005 to 2009. Ilco then attended the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering - Skopje from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their degree as an Engineer in Information Technology with a specialization in Computer Architectures and Networks. In 2011 and 2012, Ilco also attended the Cisco Networking Academy, where they focused on CCNA, System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications such as Agile Scrum Master from Allocate Software in May 2018 and a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
