Amy Wallace is an experienced food technologist currently serving as an NPD Technologist at Dalziel Ingredients Ltd since August 2022. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a QA Technologist at Northumbrian Fine Foods from February 2019 to August 2022 and as a Food Technologist at THE REDEMPTION FOOD COMPANY LIMITED between September 2017 and February 2019. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Process Technologist at Greencore and various positions in hospitality, including waitress roles at DACANTUS LLP and The Ravensworth Arms. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science - BSC (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition from Northumbria University, completed in 2017.
