Rebecca Paradis possesses extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as the Director of Hotel Operations and Regional Director of Operations at Daly Seven since February 2020. Previously, Rebecca held the position of General Manager at Island Hospitality Management and Kana Hotel Group, where notable achievements included being awarded the 2013 Global Hilton Garden Inn General Manager of the Year. With a strong background in overseeing hotel operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth, Rebecca has successfully managed properties through significant renovations and implemented effective performance management strategies. Education includes a Business Management degree with a focus on Sports Marketing from St Andrews Presbyterian College.
