Angelica Zermeno, MPA, currently serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Police for the City of Daly City since March 2015, providing confidential and complex support while demonstrating extensive knowledge of department operations. Previously, Zermeno held the position of Recording Secretary for the North San Mateo County Sanitation District and Office Assistant II at the Department of Water & Wastewater Resources from June 2008 to March 2015, where responsibilities included attending board meetings and managing record archiving projects. Prior experience includes serving as an Office Assistant I at the Office of the City Clerk from February 2005 to June 2008, focusing on records management and supporting municipal elections, and as a Business Manager for Nordstrom from 2001 to 2005, where accountability for sales goals and inventory management was paramount. Zermeno holds a Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University and a Master of Public Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University.
