Udaiy Khanna is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Human Resources at Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd. since June 2022, Udaiy has held various senior HR roles, including Head and Director of Human Resources at METRO Cash & Carry India Private Limited from February 2017 to September 2021, and Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Prior to that, Udaiy contributed to HR operations in reputable organizations such as Walmart India Private Limited and GENPACT LLC. Udaiy holds a degree in PM & IR, Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Com (Hons.) from Multani Mal Modi Degree College.
