Rajeev Kumar is an experienced corporate professional with a strong background in company secretarial practices and corporate governance. Currently serving as Deputy Executive Director and Company Secretary at Dalmia Bharat Limited since June 2022, Rajeev has held several key positions including Vice President - Company Secretary at Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, and Head Secretarial (Vice President) at GMR. Notable past roles also include Senior General Manager (Corporate Affairs) at BPTP Limited and General Manager - Secretarial at Lanco Infratech Limited. Rajeev's involvement in regulatory matters is evident through membership on the Task Force on Company Law at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Rajeev holds a Fellowship (FCS) in Corporate Laws from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Jodhpur.
