Arlette Amaya serves as a DEI Coordinator at the Dallas Regional Chamber since October 2022, following a role as a Receptionist at Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Dallas County, where responsibilities included transcribing meetings, leading a bilingual social media team, and creating impactful COVID-related content with significant audience engagement. Arlette also interned as an Event Planner and Volunteer Management Intern, where event logistics for the annual Latino PRIDE community event were managed, including volunteer recruitment and vendor communication. Earlier work experience includes a position as a Sales Associate at Metro by T-Mobile. Arlette holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Texas at Dallas and an Associate of Science from Dallas College.
