Jenny McCoy is a professional who has been working at the Dallas Museum of Art since July 2006. Jenny started as a Gallery Attendant Manager and currently holds the position of Visitor Experience Manager. In their role, Jenny manages and develops Gallery Attendant Supervisors to ensure high levels of customer service and instills the DMA's core values in all Visitor Service staff.
