Sharay Minor has over a decade of experience in education, currently serving as a Montessori Guide at Dallas Independent School District since August 2015, where the focus is on fostering a love for learning through Montessori principles and personalized work plans. Prior roles include teaching 7th grade Math and Advanced Math, as well as Science for 5th grade at DeSoto Independent School District. Sharay's extensive teaching background also encompasses various subjects across multiple grades, including positions at Dallas Independent School District from 2007 to 2014. Sharay holds an Education Specialist degree in Education Administration from Liberty University, a Superintendent Certification from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Principal Certification from Lamar University, a Master of Education from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor of Science in Ministry and Leadership from Dallas Christian College. Additionally, involvement in Campus Instructional Leadership Team (CILT) and Site Based Decision Making (SBDM) reflects a commitment to educational leadership.
